Overview
The CECC Digital Procurement Professional Committee First Council Meeting and 2025 Digital Procurement Innovation Forum was designed as a convention and forum event for the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce.
The project brought together a formal council meeting, digital procurement discussion and innovation forum experience, supported by stage visuals, registration arrangements, delegate materials and on-site wayfinding.
Challenge
The event needed to support both formal meeting procedures and a future-facing industry forum. The space had to communicate authority, clarity and professionalism while also presenting the digital procurement theme in a contemporary visual language.
The guest journey included arrival signage, registration, gift materials, exhibition-style display points and the main auditorium. These touchpoints needed to work together as one coherent convention experience.
Solution
AXISWEAVE developed a green digital visual system for the forum and council meeting environment. The main auditorium used a large LED screen, podium setup and structured seating layout to support speeches, presentations and formal meeting sessions.
The registration and welcome area combined New Year visual elements with event information and delegate materials. Directional signage and display installations helped guide guests through the venue while reinforcing the event identity.
