2025 Labor Elite Gathering

Overview

The 2025 Labor Elite Gathering was held in Kunshan, Suzhou, bringing together organizations and stakeholders from the human resources and labor services sector.

For this convention project, the space needed to support a formal conference agenda while presenting a clear, professional and future-oriented visual identity. The experience was developed around a blue and violet gradient system, with coordinated stage graphics, delegate materials, partner displays and meeting signage.

Challenge

The event required a convention environment that could serve multiple functions at the same time: keynote presentations, guest reception, partner recognition, industry communication and table-based networking.

Because the event involved a large number of attendees and supporting organizations, the spatial system needed to provide clear visual order. The main hall, partner display corridor, registration materials and stage area all needed to feel connected through one consistent identity.

Solution

AXISWEAVE developed a conference environment centered on the event theme, “New Labor, New Value, New Future.” The main hall used a wide LED stage, blue lighting and coordinated seating arrangements to create a formal yet contemporary setting for the gathering.

The arrival and support areas extended the same visual language through event signage, VIP badges, sponsor materials, table cards, partner banners and exhibitor profile panels. These elements helped guests navigate the event, recognize key partners and engage with the wider industry ecosystem.

Experience Highlights

Main conference hall

The main hall was organized with round-table seating, a wide stage screen and blue-toned lighting. This supported formal presentations while creating a unified and recognizable convention atmosphere.

Delegate and VIP materials

Badges, table cards, gift bags and printed materials were designed as part of the guest journey. These details helped reinforce the event identity across touchpoints.

Partner display corridor

The partner display area provided dedicated space for participating organizations to present company profiles and service information. This helped extend the convention experience beyond the main stage and supported industry networking.

Outcome

The project created a structured and cohesive convention environment for the 2025 Labor Elite Gathering. Through main stage visuals, meeting materials, signage and partner display areas, the event space supported professional communication, guest reception and multi-stakeholder coordination for the human resources services sector.
