Project Story
Overview
In July 2025, Gan Zhiyi hosted the “Liangzhu Summer Wellness” pop-up experience in Hangzhou.
The event combined cultural storytelling, traditional wellness products, seasonal health concepts, product display and interactive guest engagement within a warm, nature-inspired environment.
Rather than presenting products through a standard retail booth, the project created a multi-scene pop-up experience where visitors could explore wellness products, cultural motifs, interactive touchpoints and social photo moments in one continuous journey.
Challenge
The project needed to present wellness products in a way that felt approachable, memorable and culturally rooted.
Gan Zhiyi’s product story was connected to traditional wellness, seasonal care and Liangzhu cultural references. The space therefore needed to balance product visibility, cultural atmosphere, guest participation and social sharing potential.
The core challenge was to transform a product-focused activation into an immersive wellness experience that could support product education, brand recognition, hands-on interaction and visitor-generated content.
Solution
AXISWEAVE developed a warm and organic pop-up environment inspired by Liangzhu culture, seasonal wellness and natural material textures.
The spatial system used soft green fabrics, wood textures, illustrated backdrops, cultural patterns, woven baskets, herbal references, product shelves, interactive cards and photo-ready installations.
Multiple areas were designed for different functions: product display, wellness education, interaction, livestream content, photo check-in and visitor exploration. Together, these areas created a layered cultural wellness journey.
Experience Highlights
Cultural Wellness Entrance
The entrance and display area introduced visitors to the event theme through illustrated backdrops, product shelving, apparel props and cultural motifs.
The setting created a warm first impression and positioned the pop-up as a lifestyle experience rather than a simple sales display.
Product Display Island
A curved wooden display island presented wellness products, gift boxes, QR code materials and supporting brand information.
The layout allowed visitors to browse products naturally while keeping the visual language soft, clean and culturally consistent.
Liangzhu Photo Installation
A Liangzhu-inspired photo installation created a strong social sharing moment.
The installation combined cultural graphics, deer IP characters, photo frames, flowers and layered signage, making the experience more memorable and visually recognizable.
Interactive Wellness Touchpoint
An acupoint stamping interaction invited visitors to participate directly in the wellness theme.
This small interactive detail helped turn product education into a more tactile and engaging experience.
Traditional Wellness Product Zone
The Bazhen cake and wellness product display used baskets, wood shelves, green textile surfaces and natural props to communicate a sense of traditional care and seasonal nourishment.
The scene helped connect product benefits with a more emotional lifestyle narrative.
Livestream and Content Corner
A dedicated livestream and product content corner supported digital communication and product demonstration.
Lighting equipment, product props and a styled background made the space suitable for live selling, short-form video content and guided product explanation.
Outcome
The pop-up transformed Gan Zhiyi’s wellness products into a culturally immersive brand experience.
Through spatial storytelling, product display, traditional wellness references, interactive moments and photo-friendly installations, the event helped visitors understand and experience the brand in a more engaging way.
The final environment supported product education, social sharing, livestream content, guest interaction and cultural brand communication within one cohesive pop-up experience.
