2025 ZhongAn Annual Ceremony

Overview

The 2025 ZhongAn Annual Ceremony was designed as an internal brand event for ZhongAn Online P&C Insurance Co., Ltd., combining employee recognition, themed interaction and a celebratory brand environment.

With the theme expressed through ocean-inspired visuals, rooftop installations and customized event materials, the project created a warm and memorable experience for employees in Shanghai.

Challenge

The event needed to feel both ceremonial and approachable. As an internal annual ceremony, the space had to support collective celebration while also giving employees moments for participation, photo sharing and emotional connection.

The project also required different event zones, including the rooftop photo moment, indoor stage backdrop, gift display, message card interaction and branded materials. These touchpoints needed to remain visually consistent while serving different parts of the guest journey.

Solution

AXISWEAVE developed an event environment around a colorful ocean-inspired theme. The visual system was applied across the stage backdrop, photo installations, event lanyards, gift displays and interaction cards.

The rooftop area used Shanghai’s skyline as a natural background, creating a strong photo moment with custom character elements and the “2025” anniversary installation. Indoor areas supported the ceremony flow through a themed stage setting and detailed event materials.

The rooftop installation combined ZhongAn’s visual elements, character graphics and the Shanghai skyline, creating a memorable setting for employee photos and social sharing.

Ocean-themed stage environment

The indoor stage used a vibrant wave-inspired visual backdrop to support the ceremony atmosphere and reinforce the event theme.

Employee interaction details

Message cards, lanyards and gift displays added a personal layer to the event, helping the ceremony feel participatory rather than purely formal.

Outcome

The project delivered a cohesive annual ceremony environment for ZhongAn, connecting brand identity, employee experience and visual storytelling across multiple event touchpoints. Through spatial design, material details and photo-ready installations, the event supported a warm internal celebration and a strong sense of shared participation.
