Project Story

Project Overview

At the 18th International Photovoltaic Power Generation and Smart Energy Conference & Exhibition (SNEC 2025) in Shanghai, AXISWEAVE supported Yingli Solar in creating a branded exhibition environment built around the theme “Yingli PANDA · Pioneering New Frontiers.”

The project combined exhibition image building, product communication, visitor interaction and hospitality space planning, helping the brand present its photovoltaic technology strengths in a clear, approachable and memorable way.

What AXISWEAVE Delivered

AXISWEAVE provided exhibition visual and spatial support for this project, including:

  • branded exhibition environment planning
  • visual communication and key message implementation
  • panda IP-based visitor experience design
  • interaction zone setup
  • meeting and hospitality space arrangement
  • product and module display support
  • branded giveaway presentation

Spatial Highlights

1. Strong brand recognition at first sight

The booth established a highly recognizable brand presence through a clean white-and-blue structure, a large-scale overhead brand sign, and a clearly defined two-level spatial identity. The overall environment reinforced Yingli Solar’s professional image in the renewable energy sector.

2. Panda IP as an engagement anchor

The “PANDA” visual language became a key communication device throughout the booth. From large-scale panda figures to branded gifts and interactive touchpoints, the IP helped make the space more approachable and distinctive while strengthening recall among visitors.

3. Balanced business and public-facing functions

The space did not only focus on visual impact. It also integrated practical exhibition functions, including product display areas, meeting rooms, interactive zones and hospitality settings, supporting both visitor engagement and business conversations on site.

4. Product storytelling through environment

Display graphics, module presentation and visual messaging worked together to translate product and brand value into a coherent on-site experience. This helped turn technical communication into a more structured and visitor-friendly exhibition journey.

Project Outcome

This project demonstrated how a photovoltaic exhibition booth can go beyond standard display logic and become a more complete brand experience. Through the integration of spatial language, visitor interaction and brand assets, AXISWEAVE helped Yingli Solar build a booth environment that was both functional and memorable at SNEC 2025.
